9.4 Key questions for meaningful public participation at the EIA review step

  1. At the end of the EIA review, in order to make a decision to approve, revise, or reject the EIA, the following questions should be able to be answered. These key questions are intended to serve as guidance to help determine if the objective of participation in EIA Review has been adequately met.
